Our dentist office is pleased to accept all PPO insurances and will be happy to file your claim on your behalf, in case we are not in your network.  If you have a question about your specific insurance, please call our dental office at (863) 858-3891, and a knowledgeable member of our team will be happy to assist you. We are in network with all Premier PPO plans such as Ameritas, Standard, Reliant, and Physicians' Mutual. We are also in network with Cigna, Humana and Aetna. We DO NOT accept any HMO or Medicaid dental plans at this time.
